She is the founder of “The Acts of Faith Church With-Out Walls Ministry” where she is the lead pastor and now resides under the Powerful and Anointed Covenant leadership of Dr. Paulette J. Olasoji; Founder of Abundant Life Ministry & Covenant by Design. Dr. Williams is an educator in every sense of the word (1996-Present).  She teaches 4^th-8^th Grade students, and adult education.

She graduated from Estill High School with honors in 1975 in the top 5 of her class. She continued her education and received a BS in Middle Grades Education & Associate in Library Science and Drama from Armstrong Atlantic State University 1996.  She holds a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy Counseling (2007), Doctorate of Divinity (2012), and a Doctorate in Pastoral Community Counseling (2016), and has endorsements in both Reading and Gifted Education (2009-Present).  She has taught over 30 years in both private and public education, and taught many faiths based classes over the years including “The Power of Intercessory Prayer” and “The Purpose of the Armor of God.” She is an Intercessory Prayer Warrior in every sense of the word since 1980, and March of 2022 she was named the National Intercessory Prayer Leader for her nearly 43 years of being an intercessory prayer warrior.  Dr. Williams has an absolute love for mankind especially youths, young adults and the elderly.  Her love for teaching spreads through both the secular and spiritual call on her life.

 She accepted the Lord Jesus as her personal Savior in 1986 receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost, and later she was called by God in the ministry in 1988.  She served as usher, teacher, evangelist, associate pastor, pastor, choir director, dramatist, and counselor/advisor for over 35+ years.  She served as president over the Pentecostal Church of Christ Women’s Convention for seven plus years, and later ordained as the Evangelist Overseer of the states of South Carolina and Georgia under the Pentecostal Church of Christ; teaching ministers and evangelists how to become effective soul winners for God from (1986-Present).  Enormous sacrifices have been made in her life because of her love for the Lord and her understanding of the Truth of God’s word.
